Industrial Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogot�, with studies in Finance from Harvard University and Reengineering from the Kellogg School of Management � Northwestern University. Currently Mr. Vargas is president of Varbel Inc., a consulting an investment-banking firm focused in M&A in the Colombian and Costa Rican markets. His professional experience includes firms such as Royal Bank of Canada, Sanford Group, Productos Quaker (Colombia), Quala, Carulla- Vivero, and New Bridge Andean Partners, among others. Mr. Vargas also is board member of OndadeMar, the swimwear company owned by Tribeca Fund I.
