With experience in financial and corporate law, Lorenza joined Tribeca in 2013.
Lorenza has concentrated her law practice in the areas of financial law, regulatory compliance and corporate law. Mrs. Villa previously worked in the Capital Markets, Securities and Private Equity practice team at Brigard & Urrutia Abogados, where she participated in several transactions involving investment funds, brokers, local and foreign issuers, local regulators, investment advisors, and financial entities.
Mrs. Villa earned her Juris Doctor degree (JD) from Universidad de Los Andes; she also completed a postgraduate program (Especialización) in financial law from Universidad de Los Andes, and obtained a Certificate in Finance from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración - CESA.
